Founded in 2018, b’mine hotels GmbH plans to open ten hotels in German and European destinations by 2026. The first hotel in Dusseldorf is under construction and will open in late summer 2019. The second hotel will open one year later in Frankfurt at the airport. The financing for the ten hotels is secured by a framework agreement with an institutional investor.

 

job Discriptions : 

  • Primary responsibility for the early and late shift at the front office
  • Representation of the Night Audit Agent in their absence
  • Check-in / -out as well as the family welcome and farewell of our guests
  • Professional cash management
  • Preparing debtors – accounting and handing over to the department
  • Individual advice on the location, facilities and the entire range of services
  • Close cooperation with all departments for a unique hotel experience
  • Joint responsibility for the achievement of our goals in the area of ​​guest satisfaction
  • Trainings / Trainings as well as the constant assurance of our quality standards
